Very cheap quality item delivered furniture damaged after 3-4 months only ... 0 after sales service no finishing work wasted lakhs of ruppes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought almost 50k worth furniture plus delivery charges which is very high and furniture broke down within first 3 months its been almost year now trying contact for complaint no response after complaint also they are not responding overall look is good of showroom when you received furniture is third class and staff also no after sales service dont go there

The staff were very helpful and informative but the selsperson safik jethva particular was amazing. he was very personable and was able to help me with all my queries. I will be coming back to purchase soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Absolutely Absolutely loved the Novelty Furniture ❤️!! Firstly when we went there, I was completely stunned by the variety of collection they have. I was totally in awe of their sofa sets, no doubt they have best sofas in the city! Also, their bedroom sets were phenomenal. Their way of treating customer is excellent like they totally take care of customer including water, tea and everything. Although they are bit pricey (also they don't allow bargain) compared to other similar showrooms, their items are worth it. So all in all I recommend Novelty Furniture to everyone. I attached the sofa images which we recently bought⬇️
