★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all good trainer and evern they are not fit as a trainer them how they can train us.... Giving such a worst quality of diet plan and this is not at good for weight loss....even they are also not aware about the diet plan they are just based on chemical and nutrition which is available in market and they are asking to buy these nutrition and then only we can loose our weight or alse they are not enough capable to guide us for weight loss.... And also not at all professional that how to talk with girls.....and getting extra paid as compare to service and having small room as a gym.....
I would suggest to freshers who are thinking to join this gym that pls check another gym we havne near by us........

That decision changed a lot, I now feel healthier, lighter. This only not affected my physical state but my mental state which could be seen positive in daily life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Money minded people handling the gym. They ask for extra charges for trademill when you cross more than 15 mins. Extra charge for steam bath. Pathetic behaviour. Not at all professional disgraceful.
