★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop keeper (Satyam ) don't trust him with your dogs. He came to our home to give an injection and ended up giving a family member injection the injection was labelled not for humans. Something is mentally wrong with him. Stongly advise u not to not take dogs from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please anyone beware. Do not buy any pet from this shop. The owner Satyam Chowdhury is a big time fraud.
He gave me a undewormed sick puppy which wasnot even Pomeranian and a Spitz.
So big time fraud.
I bought the pet dog from this Satyam on June 23 rd this year and on June 25 he was diagnosed with Gastroentitis and Parvovirus and was totally undewormed though Satyam said he was dewormed.
He cheated me and duped me of Rs. 9000 and gave me a sick undewormed Spitz pet.
And said that their pet shop is in Sonarpur when we wished to return the sick pet which will die in just few days.
Dont buy from this pet shop and Satyam Chowdhury as he is a complete fraud and cheater duping people of big amounts of money in lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sells and delivers used AmazonBasics crates with dog fur and grime sticking out everywhere and almost whole crate has rust. passes them off as brand new ones. when asked to change it, owner shows callous attitude. Don't buy any dog accessories from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy pets from here,at least if you want to buy go to their shop and buy don't listen if the say they will delivere. I bought a rabbit from here it was delivered at our home, though we asked for a small rabbit we didn't meat a one month old who didn't even has fur grow on it's leg. It's being my first pet I couldn't understand the circumstances and kept it either way, the owner didn't even gave us the full information of what it can eat, we were later after it's death informed by one of our relatives ta this small rabbit needed milk. The day of it's death the owner of the shop couldn't even tell what to do and why the rabbit acting like. We understand now and being a business man of selling animals how could one give this small animal to anyone when it's need mother's warmth and milk. selling of this small animal is really weird.
