★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pg has variety of rules. The quality of room and maintenance is okay. But the rules keep changing. For example -
चौहान पीजी के रूल्स और नियम 1 तारीख को (electric) बिल और किराया का हिसाब दे दिया जाएगा 10 तारीख तक क्लियर करना होगा उसके बाद 25 रुपए पर डे पेनल्टी लगेगी
रूम में किसी व्यक्ति को रोकने का चार्ज 250 रुपए पर डे हैं इसकी सूचना पहले देना होगा
रूम में जो मेंटेनेंस निकलेगा उसका चार्ज स्वयं को पे करना होगा
कचरा नीचे बाल्टी में डालना पड़ेगा सफेद बाल्टी में गीला नीली बाल्टी में सूखा
कॉलोनी के अंदर किसी लड़के के साथ आना बात करना मना है
रात में 10:00 बजे गेट लॉक हो जाता है कोई भी लेट होता उसकी सूचना पहले देना होगा

Chouhan PG's rules and regulations will be given on 1st (electric) bill and rent will have to be cleared by 10th, after which day penalty will be imposed on Rs.25.
The charge for stopping a person in the room is Rs 250 per day, it has to be informed first.
The maintenance that will come out in the room will have to be paid by itself.
Garbage has to be put down in the bucket Wet in the white bucket Dry in the blue bucket
It is forbidden to come and talk with a boy inside the colony.
The gate gets locked at 10:00 in the night, any delay will have to be informed first.

If you have a roommate, then you can even come late as the keys are available.
Just need more maintenance, but I guess that depends on how one keeps her room.
The price and location is a plus plus.
