Please be careful when you buying your watch from here as they will change the strap or chain with local chain or strap.
Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a watch in 2018 and it's battery doesn't lasted a year but with there hassle free warranty my watch battery is replaced with a branded Sony cell at no extra and within 5 min they returned back the watch to me, so I strongly recommend everyone to buy a watch from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had wonderful collection of watches of allmost all brands and it's one of the reputed watch shop's chain in india they are having from the lowest rage to the premium one's and you can try out each and everyone of it the staffs are also friendly and polite went to buy a watch for my friend and they had wonderful range under his budget they also provided us with exclusive offer which was not displayed .

You can only find watches from a certain specs.
Not a lot of variation for the shop .
The employee lacks knowledge about the brands.
No latest collection.
Can you guys believe this.
A watch shop doesn't keep smartwatch.
They were telling me that g shock is a smartwatch like wow.
Only go here if you wanna buy mainstream watches.
Otherwise there are tons of other good place in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for cell replacement, but they don't told the price of cell before fitting in wrist watch. But after fitted they told the price is ₹180/- of the cell. Which I can't imagine they charge so high price. As I had never heard such a high rate of cell. Normally it ranges ₹30-70 as per my experience. So better to ask the cost before getting replace of cell of your wrist watch, if you want to save some bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. Last sunday i purchased a Timex watch model TWOOOx215 (pic attached) from this shop MRP was ₹3,895. I asked for discount but they didn't give.
When I reached home and checked it online ( flipkart) believe me i got in trauma. It was available only for ₹2,600 (pic attached ). I know there is always a difference between offline and online but this difference is very huge. They charged us almost 50% extra (₹1300). They removed the price tags and scratched model number from box. So we can't identify and do Research.
I have been shopping for last 25 years. I have been referring my neighbors and friend to shop for so many years. All the shopping item like clock n watches for marriage and other function were done from New Prakash Watches for so many years. I still currently have 15-20 watches or clocks in my house.
By this incident of overcharging, i felt deceived. I believe, they cheated us and befooled us for so many years by overcharging by very huge amount.
They have lost my faith.. Never visit them again and ask my friends and neighbors to do same.
New Prakash Watch Co.. Guys you broke my heart... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic watch servicing experience, you need to visit this place multiple times to get one simple fault corrected in one go. You get one fault resolved and then there is another one and all the accountability is on the customers. There are better places to deal in watches and getting them serviced.
