★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is small, and good. The head Dr, mansoor Ahmad is easy to speak to, and makes one comfortable. The staff is not very professional but telling/ asking get the work done. It's like one of those nursing hospitals from the 80's 90's

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going to this Hospital to take saline& medicines thru iv for Cellulitis treatment ,3.5 days only I took & in evening means 4th day at night they were not getting my nerves so pricked me 7 times literally I was crying & I said I dont want iv ,give me medicines ,the nurse in the morning of 4th day who gave injection also did not noticed my iv was out & also while putting injection in saline she spilled all over her body& my face,my injection got wasted, I was not cured pain I increased & had to be admitted to Dr Suranas Rahee Hospital,where he told that the injections of antibiotic was very low,they gave me according to my body weight,had to be given high doses of antibiotics thru iv+multivitamins,in New Poona Hospital they did not gave me multivitamins injection,overall a bad experience at New Pooona Hospital ?cleanliness is good but staff ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience for the dental facility there. The lady first of all dint take a xray of my mom's tooth before extracting and later during the extraction process made it very bad. Sure shot she wasn't experienced.
My aunt also got her teeth checked and got knows what she did her tooths started shaking after the checkup with lots of pain. They had to finally approach some other dentist to solve their issues.
Very unhygienic dental area. She used to remove the buds from the mouth and use the same thing again. Doesn't look like she used clean and hygienic tools. Very pathetic experience..
My mom had a stomach Infection after coming from there coz of the un hygienic environment.
Hospital head should really look into this.
