★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early morning at times calls for a special spacious breakfast containing Kathiawadi fast food snacks, mainly fafdas with deep fried chillies, kadhi and raw papaya sambharo as accompaniment. Freshly fried, smelling heavens that refuse to leave the nose greet us as the cook churns out the strips and dips each one into hot oil for deep frying.
New Purohit Chawana Mart exactly does that as people queue up to carry away the mouth watering tempting and yummylicious fafdas bundled in old scrapped newspapers.
