★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad service....timing is 1030 for departure but they always depart at 1145,1200 daily. Even in season also.
Very Bad staff even owner of RR tracel also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service by RR Travels. I have faced 2 major problem.
Problem No. 1- I booked bus from Navsari to Mumbai on 19th Feb, 2018. The bus timing was 7:55pm but bus is coming at 8:55pm and this people don't have courtesy to inform passenger, literally was waiting for 1hour on highway and have called almost 10-15 times but not got satisfied answer.
Problem No. 2- I have booked ticket till Sion, Mumbai but this people for the sake of money from Fountan Hotel (Borivali) took seats and telling me to come & stand near drivers cabin. I am sharing the pic of the same. From Fountan hotel till Sion we came like we are travelling without ticket.
I will personally suggest don't book this bus service even if they are providing tickets at cheaper rate. I am also attaching my bus ticket for reference.
