Would not even bother to pick your call. Cheats, frauds & Liars. If you are considering buying commercial machinery, look for other options. Buying from them is a waste of money & effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a bunch of thieves . Low quality products that will break down after 1-2 months of usage . They do not take your call . They outright deny they will not fix the issue even though it’s completely their fault and they have sold a substandard product , and it is in warranty period . They repackage old second hand products and send it as new - that is what they did with my wizi cooler . A bunch of complete lying cheats and frauds - all the brothers who run this trash outlet . DO NOT go there unless you want to be a victim of fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are a bunch of frauds and cheats - especially Mr Ahmad . I bought over Rs 2 lakh worth of equipment from these frauds . There were many many issues . Let me give you a small example of how these guys are purely into the cheating business . On the bill they wrote Nirvana wisi cooler whereas it was actually a Elanpro wisi cooler . After 2 months , it stopped working . I called Elanpro . To my horror I found out that these thieves had sold me a model made in 2019 - probably 2nd hand packaged in a new box . They are con artists and cheats of the highest order . They say we give 1 year guarantee but like all true frauds - there words mean NOTHING . Not long before the law will catch up to them because such frauds can’t keep duping people and just get away with it . AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

Bain marie they sold me had a faulty compressor and I had to pay Rs 12000 from my pocket and get it replaced . They flat out denied acknowledging the warranty even though the machine broke down in 6 months and 1 year warranty was promised . Not worth doing business with as they’re flat out thieves . You are guaranteed to be duped if you buy ANYTHING from here
