Rude engineers.
Technical problems are not sorted for a week, in spite chasing them again and again… Every month there is some or the other technical problem and accordingly cable network is off for minimum 5-6 days in a month.
Previous agency of Sunny Cable of Hathway was far better than Royal Cable.
Hathway Cable should cancel their agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible cable network, only reason is they have a monopoly here. Sunny cable was way better to contact. All the numbers for Royal cable are non operational. When the cable is down, there is no one to reach to put in a complaint. Horrible service. I wish Hathaway would do something about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After Traia order for channel section they have inceased the charges by aading set top box maitenance amount, CST, service charge tec. I was paying Rs. 330/ for all channel. Now they are asking to payRs 450/ per month for for selcted 30 pay channels.
Inspite of paying the amount they have not given the selcted channels to me.I have to hang around them but no result worst experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service as everybody in Borivali East Area knows. Staff are sort of local goons. Surviving only because they have created sort of monopoly in Borivali East Area. Such things used to happen in earlier times but they think things will remain same always. Their days are going to end soon.
