VEGETABLES rate are quite similar to sector 26 grain market rates but as far as FRUITS are concerned they are expensive as compare to grain market price.... SWEETS shops are okayish...according to there price material is good... DRAWBACKS- Majaor drawback is parking problem on Street no 3..it will be good if u park ur vehicle on opposite side
