★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got very much rude behaviour from one of their staff.They firstly denied to return my unsuccessful MNP recharge value.They intentionally tried to forfeit the money.Plese try to avoid this franchise store.Also asked me to get out from the store.I am going to complaint to the airtel about this harmful issue.

I was facing the problem of network in my phone one fat guy in the store dont know his name thinking himself to be super smart who dint know proper english also is like we cant help then why have they opened the store if they cant serve the customers well. horrible Customer care service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs not at all attentive & courteous. They commits sim card activation of 6-8 hours but it takes more than 48 hours. Sometime you may need to call them and plead them to give you service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very friendly & helpful but their technological knowledge is poor. I went there for migration from postpaid to prepaid, they sent a request for vice versa & for three days my service got interrupted. At last I had to contact airtel head office to resume my service.
