β β β β β Changed my car (punto) HU with pioneer one at the shop. Prasad was quite helpful on getting the HU on time and responded well to all the queries. The rate was competitive and Mohsin who did installation, was quite good at it. Also no cross selling of speakers as Prasad pointed out the speakers need not be changed. Overall quite satisfied with work done.
Update- went for fixing speakers are company fitted speakers went kaput. Installed Infinity speakers which are very good for entry level coaxial speakers. The work was done nicely and Arbaaz worked patiently while fixing speakers

Here staff is expert in fitting the accessories neat N proper way.

The car seat covers were earlier ruined by one of the reputed Bmotive brand, because the advisor was clueless. So, finally went to Mr Prasad, and he was the savior, not only he helped me in getting the best quality seat cover with excellent finish, he took utmost care of my car when I eft it for overnight. 100/100 for their service and behavior.

β β β β β Sometimes you specifically know what modifications you want on your vehicle. Then there are customers who may not know what they want. But with right advice, they could spend thousands for the right product/s. So, I asked them what went well with my vehicle and their recommendation. The response was: we do not do marketing. You should know what you need to buy.
Sensing that the staff / owner did not have enough patience to attend my enthusiastic son and I, (note, there was NO crowd) we departed with a sour experience. Perhaps they did not want to be disturbed on lazy Sunday morning.
Later, where I went, a different shop, their staff, leaped onto this opportunity, educated us with right products and landed the order of Xenon Fog lights, Touch screen infotainment, Seat covers and minor accessories and a loyal customer forever. And note, there was crowd. ? Perhaps thats the distinction, right there. Hope other customers who visit New Sai decor, will have a better experience, that matches with past good reviews.

β β β β β I had my date fixed with New Sai Car Decor and I must it was an amazing time modifying my Grand i10. Since my car had completed 5 years I wanted a change in interiors and on my friend's suggestion I happen to meet Mr. Prasad @ New Sai Car. Prasad is a geniune guy and knows his profession well. I only had plan to change the seat covers however to my happiness I landed up with the below modifications
Seat Cover, Matting plus 7d mats, Tinted glass cover, LED lights for all the doors and the best was Android music system.
Super Happy! Thanks to Mr. Prasad for valuable suggestions.

β β β β β The reliable service with premium accessories. Of course, the shop owner explains you about them well and why they are at that price. It's your call to choose which one suits for your car. Of course, I went 3D/7D mats and he suggested me to go for regular mats as the flooring is already done in my car which saved my money in thousands. It's like very fair deal there. Highly recommended.
