★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great pleasure having a 3days trip to Joypur-bishnupur , west bengal with Mr Jaspreet Singh Saini of New Saini car rental . The car was very comfortable for all of us traveling along. Being senior citizens, we had never faced any difficulty through out our trip at any point of time . He is very sober , energetic, skilled and a person you can rely upon and love to talk for hours. We would love to travel with him again in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. A bit expensive compared to others. I took a car for marriage purpose for 5 days. In case he doesn't have the car, he subcontracts to other companies and takes the commission. The Innova was a bit scratchy but driver was good. Overall just ok.
One thing I felt a bit awkward regarding subsequent follow up for Google review. Also, he kept following up for the review and even after the review. Rest I leave up to the readers.
Just a quick reply to your fasified claim Mr Saini, I never said it's too scratchy, I said it is a bit. Understand the difference!! I always said the driver was good and you never called me in between the marriage so don't create stories. Also, it's extremely unprofessional calling eople and prompting them for good review. I will give you the review as per service. You subcontracted the Innova from another agency but while booking you mentioned his is your car. So stop spreading lies. I would request readers to stay away from him and his agency as you can find much better agencies at more reasonable price. Mr.Saini stop harassing me over multiple calls. Stop this nonsense.

Mr. Jaspreet Singh has been phenomenal in his commitment and customer relationship.
I booked a car at a very last minute for an early morning airport drop, and the time was 3am. The car was not only on time but also waited without being annoyed.
Gentleman, Lalit, the person who took me to airport is also very cordial and extremely calm and collected on his driving. Very helpful and good in behaviour.
Very neat and clean vehicle.
It did not stopped here, i again called for a drop from airport on my return.
I shall be using their services always in the future.
Strongly recomend everyone for any vehicle that one need on rent for short/ long route.
