★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too good, but not bad either. The infrastructure is good but maintenance is poor. But can't complain because we are getting an A.C double room at Rs.1000 in Kolkata.

2.Telephone/TV mostly not working.
3.Lift is often out of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is amazing , as the stay is primarily for patients coming down from hills, the best thing about Sikkim house is the staff and their hospitality, Bidhen da and Sachitra di's warm hospitality will make you feel home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family were staying with Sikkim House for 2 weeks for my fathers surgery. It was a good experience all in all.The staff and management are very friendly and goes out of the way to help the guests.
However, couple of things can be looked into. The elevator is out of order and makes it a bit difficult for patients and old guests to climb up and down. Also, a canteen or pantry might have made it easier for guests to order food from rather than ordering expensive and unhealthy food from online.
Rest stays as a good memory. Specially, the happy, smiling faces. Look forward to staying with them.
