★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PG with good maintenance, Aquaguard drinking water, pour water for bathing and with a attached bathroom. Food is good and healthy. Each room has a TV. The bed quality is bit poor and it's just a sponge. One can self cook and the vessels are available in kitchen itself. PG owner and employees are friendly. Good and neat places to stay in budget. Here they have maximum of four sharing and minimum of single rooms. Unfortunately, my roommates have less common sense, poor understanding and no humanity. I had a bad experience with those girls. I ever seen such a manner less persons in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It not trustworthy. I have gave 3000Rs Advance to book 2 sharing in January due to covid office extended wFH so I asked them to will come in April or may they said ok. And when I have asked that I am coming in April they said there are no 2 sharing . I will check and let you know they said . After some time they offered 3 sharing bed and he is only saying first come hear we see anything 3000 was taken to book 2 sharing and asking to stay in 3 sharing . So in while I looked for other PG and I got one after inform this to theses people I asked for refund . The minute I asked for money he started shouting on phone that how can I gave money I won’t he took money and he haven’t booked what I requested a need on top that he took money and never called when I call he is not answering I hope this experience will help you to about the people in this .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go by the name luxury, but it's one of the really good PGs in the locality. Clean rooms, washing machine, microwave, TV, attached bathroom, it's all there. People are very friendly too and the food is healthy and simple - like real home cooked food. It's pretty safe too
