★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly built building .It's mostly a PG place .WiFi is there.Food facility is also there.Since it's new everything is clean.Never stayed there though ,but have many friends who stay there.Good connectivity too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pg is good but you will feel like hostel. There will be so many restrictions that the guy will close the door after 11pm and you have to try every other way to get in. They will scold if we talk on terrace saying they are getting disturbed, why the hell they will get disturbed if we speak on 5th floor. He shows partially between people. Rude staff
