★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This property registration office, Government Sub- Registrars office provides services of Registration of sale, mortgage, gift, assignment of right etc of immovable property.
The staffs here are modarately efficient. Waiting time is moderately high. The waiting room is very small. The main disadvantage of this office is that it has no lift neither any ramp for disabled persons traveling to this building. Many elderly and senior citizens need to visit here for property dealings and they have to climb to second floor through manual stairs. Itis very troublesome for them.
