★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where I grew up and stayed before marriage. My parents and sister still reside there. All facilities i.e. from grocery to presswala, dudhwala etc available. Only disadvantage is that it is low lying area and loads of water logging during monsoon.

A very peaceful area..
But it does seems dangerous in dark..
No commuters around..Everything is so silent
Railtrack besides it..

As this is an old society , needs to be demolished and new apts to be constrcted and handed over to them. Like the opposite one is done.
Hope this will be carried out ,so that the owners will be happy to live in here .many of them have been living here for years.
Good builders have to come forward and the owners of flats in this society have to come to gthr n make it happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This colony was built in the year 1964. Flats over here has a fine build up area as it was built with the retro thought. But now this buildings needs a redevelopment with the same retro thought of huge build up area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the well know and very peaceful area of the Bhandup. The buildings are more than 50 years old structure, which is situated in low lying area. Hence, water logging problem during mansoon season. Redevelopment of the said buildings are expected at the earliest possible.
