β β β β β I wish I had read the other reviews regarding them running away with the money,
We hired a full time maid from this agency. Two days into the job, maid said she has a family emergency and has to leave. We requested the agency for a refund of the commission that we had paid or a substitute maid. Neither of that has happened. I have been following up for 2 weeks and now they have stopped responding to my calls or messages.
I am filing for a consumer forum complaint to deter them from cheating other people.

β β β β β 1.the worst agency that can be. once money is received and if any problem comes with the maid, they just dont care about you. All they care for is catching new customer so that they can recieve money and drink it off. I took 2 maids from them and once the initial maids went back, they never provided a decent maid and neither they cared to refund the money. On top of it they start fighting and using foul language. Further, they threatened that they have links in police and all. Cheats and fraudsters of highest level. NEVER EVER TAKE A MAID FROM THEM.
2. After around 6 months, they have accepted that they owe me 38000 refund. As of now they have paid me 13000. Waiting for balance 25000 in 2 installments of 5000 and 20000 each.
3. The crooks of highest order these guys are, now they have stopped further refund and asking me to remove the reviews. and they are not sending it as a msg but as a voice msg so a screenshot can not be taken.(please see attached screenshots)
I AGAIN WARN EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE A MAID FROM THEM AT ANY COST.

Fraud .. Crooks.. "Fraud Agency" run by Group of Crook & Fraud Nepali's. The gang of Crooks include their proprietor Vishnu who is always unreachable and is living Nepal . Name of other gang members are :- Nikhil and Basant. They took Rs.30,000 as commission for providing maid.
They operate with few girls with fraud and fake ids. At end of very first month they take back there maid with Rs.11000/- which never show back on job and rob you with commission money Rs.30,000 .
I am visiting there agency since last many month for refund of commission money. But there shop is always closed when I reach them.
They harras me by calling me at there shop and turning back on refunds.
On calling to Nikhil for refund he revert with threats and abusive conversation.
Guys I have contacted my lawyer for filing Police Complain Now at Kotla Mubarakpur Police Station and Court

β β β β β This is not an legal entity. Business of this gang is to take money from people and after that not reverting. I took maid from them as per their agreement they asked 5000 k advance and 500 for conveyance.
After 2 days maid ran away from my room now these guys are not reverting to my call. I have been doing continuous follow up but no reply.
Guys, please share and spread this sms so that innocent people should not be cheated.
And please possible share your feedback. You can try calling these people you will get same answer and hopeless service.

β β β β β Not a reliable consultancy. They are cheaters and fraud.
To me they provided maid who stayed for one month and then ran away somewhere. As per their agreement they give one leave in a month actually that leave is for the purpose of taking the maid back.
I have paid 40000/- approx to them.
They have not given money back to me. I am doing continuous follow up but no revert. Every keep on giving dates.
I got trapped.
Guys please don't don't take service from them. They are fraud.

An agency of frauds and cheats. its better to give money in charity rather than these thugs. they took money and provided maid only for a short time. thereafter no replacement or refund. I am after them for more than 6 months now. do not take a maid from them

β β β β β These guys are frauds.. They will charge full amount on day1 and the maid automatically go off for some reason (most likely it's preplanned) and then they won't provide any replacement and neither would return money. I've chased them for 3 months and now given up.
Beware of their agents like Vishnu, Nikhil etc. They are sheer frauds.

Specially Nikhil and Vishnu are big frauds they just take your commission amount and then the maid and servants ran away and these people don't pick calls and dint return money . No-one should take any servant or aid from this agency this agency should be closed and legal action should be taken against these fraud people.
