They just accept application and do not make check all applications very seriously. If any document missing or needed can delay our visa application. Rest of the things are fine. Luckly I got my visa within 2 weeks. Loved it. Good luck for others !
H	Hina Tandon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its highly disappointing to see that the appointed people at the counter to accept the visa application at TT Services are inefficient. They don't even check the form & the basic requirements for the visa. Moreover, they are out spoken about it that they are just there to receive the applications & hand them over to the embassy. Its because of your negligence that my visa application is declined. On the other hand, the visa application of my parents was approved. I want to ask you that whats the point paying you 1000 bucks for nothing? cant a person go directly to embassy & get the work done. Rather than getting fooled by agents like u. At least have some humanity & concern for the other person who is trusting you to get their work done & coming all the way to you & even paying you for your work. i think at least the basics like form & documentary evidences should be checked. Else its a total waste of time, money & space for agencies like TTS. Its clearly mentioned on the official site that the minimum funds required is NZ 1000$, means INR 45000 approx. When I've given the proof of around Rs.4 lacs. Then how can my application get rejected?
M	Manmeet Sahni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, literally the most rude and inept staff possible for any embassy to have. I'd rather cancel my New Zealand trip just because of them. TT service is extremely bad and unprofessional, and when I came to the embassy to check on my passport, which was lodged for 15 days without an update or return, the officers at the embassy even refused to meet or speak to me. Their guards were actually very nice and tried their best, but the high handedness of the officers was very shocking. Even when I wanted to give feedback on their sefvics or complain about TT Services, they simply refused to entertain and were dismissive. Any new Zealand staff member reading this - pls change your policy and at least have enough consideration for people looking at your country for toursis and you behaving at least semi decently with them. I'm writing this from outside their embassy, having waited for one hour and not being able to even speak to one of the staff members. Pathetic.

They are absolutely careless about visa applications. they just emploiting applicants by not giving any information about the status of the visa application. They are taking passports and not returning to the applicant and do not communicate on the status of it. European visa is must faster than these useless guys. Why open an embassy and VAC when you do not want indians in your country?? The worst staff absolutely rude and careless. They are charging 11 thousand rupees for processing a single visa and once they snatch our money, they do not receive calls, don notreply to emails. ttservices is a joke, they have no idea them self on whats happening with visa, the case officer is never assigned to process the visa. The country s economy is falling because of these lazy worthless embassy in delhi. They take ever to process a single visitor visa. I kindly request ministry of foriegn affairs wellington to change the structure of this embassy in delhi as they are exploiting applicants and spoiling newzealand s image in india.
A	Arcade On Drive (ARCADE) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Zealand High Commission in Delhi is near the National Rail Museum. So, one of the advantage for those visiting this Embassy is that, they can get car parking space in the parking lot of National Rail Museum. Otherwise it is very difficult to get a parking space for your vehicles in this diplomatic enclave area. People are forced to park their vehicles at distant places, and walk up to the embassy they are destined for. New Zealand embassy visitors are lucky in that respect :)

The blatant disregard for courtesy was evident in the fact that they did not even have the decency to speak with me, let alone permit me to enter the HC and meet someone!! absolutely ridiculous!
