The reason is simply to run away with student's money when they shift or leave suddenly (which is mostly the case).He will never refund anything you give him in any case and then he will stop picking up your calls. Go for other delivery guys who bill you monthly for the number of papers delivered in the last month. Find others please.. there are a lot of them in Patel nagar. Stay safe fellas!
