They are in software devlopment & also give both field and online support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company has no proper management and policy, ask employee to work till 11 pm without giving OT. Doesn't clear any documents of employee while joining and also while leaving the company. Doesn't provide internet connection to developers and also does not allow to take help From mobile internet. Company has much cons than pros. Policy of company changes every day there is 0% job security, if they get better employee than they will kick one of the employee from existing without giving any notice. There are salary issue too they delay salary till employee does not beg in front of them.
