★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The the the worst staff. No ethics no respect. They make fun of you while you there. everytime she rejected item or chose one, they were making fun by standing very next to her.
My wife was forced to purchase the item they want, the costliest, though she resisted. There was no other customer in the shop. All 5 staff members followed her n it was very uncomfortable for her to find items n to choose as all of them were continuously starring. It was very annoying n made very uncomfortable.
I came to know all of this when we came out n she told me how they mentally make you feel inferior.
One customer should be provided one staff n not surrounded by whole staff n it really makes one very uncomfortable. N customer should be given space to choose what they want regardless of the price.
Hope you teach your employees some ethics n to have some respect towards customers.
One thing for sure, never gonna visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here because the photos displayed a lot of different shades of nail polish. But the store doesn't have that many shades actually. And careful with pushy attendees. They might try and push their own preferred brand on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs should know to behave with customers , it's not a good manners to whisper in someone's ear and give cunning smile. Again I will not give a missed call or write an email about this, I have seen everyone getting a reply in Google comment as same . please train the staffs accordingly .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosmetics sold here (HSR layout) are good. Good service too. However, during COVID, please make sure that all your staff who are on duty for the day are in good health condition while interacting with customers. If they have cough or cold , please advise them to not directly come in contact with the customer and to maintain enough distance. As an alternative, you could also advise them to stay at home until they recover completely.
