★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was go at there and I was interested in colorbar product....I selected some stuff of colourbar Nd in complimentary colorbar boy was giving me a pouch Nd lipstick I was so happy after that when I go at billing point there was 2 boy who wear pink shirt they were done rude behave with me ....one was just near by the colorbar that name of brand delora from Italy something name was this that boy was also so rude ...they were fighting to each other just bcz of he was giving me complementary....this is not good ,fight Nd rude behave infront of customer....then I didn’t purchase anything just bcz of that 3 boys ( Italy products man and 2 billing person) then go at lifestyle showroom Nd purchased cosmetics....in newU That was so bad experience

So always check this aspect before buying anything from them.Secondly, they don't update the prices of products in their system.Thirdly, they don't make the exchange process any easier no matter how strong your reasons are for exchanging a product. Lastly, they do not respect the time wasted by a customer because of their unprofessional behaviour.
