There was a lady,I told her that I place a order and u hand it over to me and i shall inform the delivery guy. But she denied it saying we don't give directly to customers.I also told her if I can use self pick-up but she refused that too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered from them a few times but they hold a record of always getting me the wrong order, like every single time?? I can understand if it's over the call that you might get the order wrong but it's a written order!! Can't complain coz NO ONE ever answers the phone. I stopped ordering from them. I would rather order from people who actually cares about the customers. Never order from here.

All the precautions were taken while delivering the Order . Had tried double chocolate mania Belgian jawbreaker - the waffle was just delicious indeed worth trying .
luxury Ferraro rocher mini pancake - my favourite , really soft and tasty mini Pancakes the pieces of Ferraro rocher tastes the best . Fantastic four waffle pizza - very unique and the best . All the chocolate lover this is for you with toppings like gems , kit Kat , five star and Oreo . Indeed in love with the place surely will order from here only . The best dessert place till date .

But I’ve ordered from them a couple of times. And my last order prompted me to write this review in absolute praise.
In brief:
Waffles & Brownies = Oh God! So Yum!
Milkshake = Meh!
My usual order includes either a chocolate brownie/waffle and a milkshake combo. The last two orders produced a brownie with heavenly molten chocolate, the kind worth dying for. Their waffles which used to have more solidified chocolate as seen in one of the pictures was replaced with pure silky oozing milk and white chocolate which made me think that Diabetes would be absolutely worth the risk. However, I do see scope for improving their milkshakes. I’ve had both their Vanilla and Strawberry shake, and though it’s not bad, it's not great either. It would be great if they could make a cracking shake too.
Worth the money! I’ve found the price to be reasonable for their quality in comparison with other competitors. To all those with a sweet tooth, give it a shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we ordered Cadbury Gems Brownie, Exotic Kitkat Waffle and Ferrero rocher pizza waffle.

Pizza waffle’s plus points are that they have 4 pieces and very affordable at reasonable rates and also very tasty.

Definitely given a choice I will go for ferrero rocher always and thats why I ordered ferrero rocher pizza waffle.

Second choice of mine is kitkat so ordered their kitkat exotic pocket waffle which again proved its worth and was very tasty.
.
Lastly how can someone miss gems so we bought gems brownie and brownie is just love so it was just icing on the top.
Overall its a worth to order such amazing flavours and enjoy at pocket friendly rates.
