★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located outside the circuits of the city, Nexa by Maruti Suzki.
It is a huge property having both Nexa store and service store.
Talking about Nexa you will get any premium car of Maruti Suzuki here.
Now comes the service centre which has the real deal.
Pros about the Service Centre:
Enough space for car parking.
Strict security services.
That's it for pros.
Now Cons (List will get longer):
Rude staff.
No proper communication about deficiency in your car.
Repairs even without your approval.
Workers will fix your car and that won't come in your billing (Not a free service), they charged you under the table and you don't even know whether the same work was carried out or not.
You have to visit multiple times to get your car fixed and every time you will be charged for the same.
Executive won't pick your phone.
You have to be there to get your repairing done.
And the last but not the least, you will end up giving your car to local garage and the breach of trust.
You might not be visiting them back (atleast I am not)
This was the feedback for the Maruti Suzuki from the true customer who had never given the car at local garage.
Pathetic experience after visiting the place.
My recommendations would be to give your vehicle at the local garage rather than giving to them.
