★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaware..New Car Buyers..Vehicle was delivered to me has manufacturing defects... Dealer and Maruti Suzuki has sold me defective Car on August '18. Since Purchase I m requesting to resolve the issue of gear shifting . but they simply denying that they don't find the issue in Car.
Dealer & Service center hav inspected the vehicle with tech expert, I have shown him the problem in front of the expert sent by dealer but now Tech expert is denying that there is no issues in Car, also he is lying that he have not seen any issue in gear shifting. I have raised this issues immediately after purchase of vehicle since 1st servicing...2 years back...as on today Maruti Suzuki and Chavan Motors Solapur are not resolving my complaints. I have taken extended warranty also but they are denying the issues raised and certainly buying time...No QA/QC checks have been performed properly...and now harassing the customers by denying resolution. I have sent various E-mails to the top authority reg this issues but regretted that they are ignoring my concerns...
So, New Car Buyers think twice before purchase...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its hopeless Never go for exchange offer also. Without transferring they will sell your vehicle and you will be in trouble. Servicing worst. No use of giving feedback. Feedback is taken only for formality. Regretting for the decision of taking MARUTI CIAZ CAR. NOT TRUST WORTHY.
