I cannot visit on monday to Saturday .
firstly they will not serve u on Sundays. I clearly means one have to take leave then come on other days. I had an insurance claim . Ist my tailboard was damaged. I went here, they say they don t have part available , neither they will admit your car until the part is available.
But sadly I have to say no part comes.in between my windscreen was broken. Now again no parts are available and that too only one thing can be set right. Not the other one.
Whenever I went here for insurance claims parts are not available here. Neither they are available afterwards. Really bad experience .
I will suggest every one having problems please complain to maruti to cancel their dealership

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today at 6,15 i visited to nexa true value for enquiry of purchasing car. At gate no guard was present while gate was opened. I waited for 3 minutes then i entered inside . I was on evening walk with my bycycle so i entered with bycycle. Then i found mam was there and i asked for enquiry. She told to come for tomorrow. Then guard appeared and behaved me rudelessly that how u entered inside. I told that your duty was to present at gate and you was not there and now you misbehaving with me. But he was so rude and out of mind person that he is not even obeying employees suggestions not to misbehave. I never seen such guards to misbehave with customers. I did not see cars but i seen such worst and rude response at gate.
I suggest to high management team to see issue and hope to appoint guard that cooperative with customers not to fight with them .
