After booking,a dedicated team was assigned to me ( Amit ji, Sunny Ji and Mohini Ji).
The best part, I liked a whats app group. During the process at any point of time. I posted any query, and got a responce within 10-15 mins with proper answer.
Beacuse of this proactive and timly information provided by them, I got a my new car within 14 days of booking with extra benefits.
