★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delay in delivering car. Only promises dates like a court.''Tareekh pe Tareekh''. Car was booked on 5th dec 20 not received till date. And we dont know when will it come also no idea about accessories whether they will do how it is promised. We have lost hopes why cant they give direct answer. If you want to give car then give or else give refund.horrible service never purchase from here. Every 15 days they give date for next 15 days. Are they giving us car for free? Paisa bhi do and pareshan bhi hum log ko kare.this showroom should be closed.

red model from fort point nexa kurla, i have paid booking amount before i went to showroom trusting this people, Baleno is having waiting for 1 month still i gave them 45 days and they gave 100% commitment of delivering on 13 April 2021. After 20 days this guys informed me maruti is having some production issues and we can't provide you the car on the mentioned delivery date (After one and half month (45 days)) also they were not having confirmation on when will i get the car, Showroom asked me to check for another colour or cancel the car as maruti is not having car. I have cancelled my car and they took lot of time for refunding my booking amount. After continuous follow up i got my payment after 20 days.
Worst experience with kurla fort point nexa and Maruti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could suggest never ever buy a car from here because they only give false commitments.
I wanted to buy my car on Gudi padwa because of that I booked my car 2 months before.
When the day of receiving my car came closer they said the car is not dispatched yet.
After that they kept on annoying me for 2 months that now car will come ,then car will come. Also before getting of car only they asked me to do full payment.
So a humble request never buy a car from here they only give false commitment

If possible go to any other than this showroom
I purchased XL6 in October 2020 and after few days the sales person stopped responding to calls/WhatsApp
On the delivery date the car was also not ready as the number plate was not there and I and my family waited for 4 hours
After that asking them since so many weeks when should I expect the delivery of my RC card after its been 2 months since I got my car there was no response from their sales team
They only now how to just push work from one sale's person shoulder to another
Is this kind of service nexa gives to their customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret booking my car from Fortpoint. I feel cheated because of the false commitments given. They asked me to pay the entire downpayment saying that they will give price protection and delivery in 20 days. Every week they go back in their word.
Stay away from this dealership if you don't want to be disappointed.
