★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was poor and they could not connect to the customer plan database which had my data for extended warranty. I had to pay full despite my active discount plans.
I did not like the tuning they gave - mileage dropped around 20%.
The cleaning was average and waving job amateur- I had to buff the interior myself as the work was not properly finished.
Do not recommend.

Visited once, I want to share my experiences with this agency.
Overall it is quite good but you need to get discounts on labour charges, took appointments on line and time given to me 2015 hrs, finally I talked with the agency and got the job done. They took more time, my whole day was spoiled.
One thing I would like to share is that your four wheeler is fully excessive while serving, you can physically see your car.

Buying from Nexa is not so easy, you get call from dealership, from HO, survey call, various login....
