★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Baleno.Zeta today from KTL Swaroop Nagar Kanpur.
Fuel tank was empty and giving warning signal and voice messege.
Filled up tank with five litre petrol from complementary coupon and 15.70 ltrs by paying cash 1500
Then I drove down my car on Kanpur Allahabad highway a total of 220 to 230 kms max.
In entries driving time it was showing that car will give 17, 18, 19 to 20 kms average per ltr.
Meaning thereby 357 kms minimum to 420 kms maximum.
But after 220 to 230 kms obstacle free and smooth driving on four lane highway, it is showing fuel warning signal and voice messege.
Either this is deficiency in service or its a fraudulent and unfair trade practice.
Hence either you fix it immediately within 3 days or I shall be compelled to take legal action in civil or criminal court as the case may be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not good for CSD buyers. Forced to purchase accessories by telling that it was installed by mistake. Delayed delivery. While taking delivery it felt like purchasing groceries stating that due to covid we deliver the vehicle on this way. Many time mentioned that we are in loss by selling to CSD customers as our amount got credited after 2 months etc. Though sales person was polite and helpful but it seems that dealer and he is not in sync.
