★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my humble request never visit to lovely service center.... very poor service... untrained boys are handling your car... washing with dirty clothes give new scratches to your car. If you want to experience this, then only visit to lovely service center. I was given written complaint but no one taken interest. I have seen the work standard of this service center personally from morning till evening. They were only interested to make fool of customer. If you leave your vehicle for repair and will not check the working, you will never come to know the reality. I am very disappointed. Never suggest to purchase maruti vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right place to visit for purchase of nexa cars. overall service are quite good, staff is cooperative, premises is in high traffic zone, no parking space near by, However, you can park your vehicle in showroom complex. Ample space provided by lovely autos for customers. parking space is almost 15-20 cars. Staff is well educated and have knowledge about product i.e car and services. All the above you can visit jalandhar as well as ludhiana showroom . Stock available on both places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very keen to help you till you are in process of purchasing your vehicle. After purchase they will not give you attention. They dont bother about the things that you required from them after vehicle delivery.
Things to ensure while purchasing any vehicle from them:
1. Check all the tire of your car (they all should be in good condition. In my case front left tyre had cut which i get to know after reaching home).
2. Match odometer reading on car console and service book (in my case I had difference of 15 kilometer).
3. If you are taking loan on your car, make sure to get photo copy of all the documents on same day. (Once you get your car they are not going to give you documents easily).
4. Make sure to get price details of each and every item and sum up them in order to match the total amount of your purchase

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased Maruti Baleno in 2018 from Lovely maruti nexas, Nikodar road.
1. No SERVICE BOOKLET provided till date after repeated requests.
2. No NAVIGATION sim provided till date after repeated requests at Various Levels.
3. FALSE BILLING at time of servicing. Rewards points not adjusted during billing. Had to argue with billing staff to get the bill adjusted.
4. From a LOYAL MARUTI CUSTOMER to now a customer who AVOIDS buying Maruti vehicles.
POOR RESPONSE AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Send your Maruti car to lovely Nexa for a service....it comes back the same!!!! they don't bother to refill water even, wash under the chassis, check air, clean any dust on seats or between them. the delivery guy says as he drove the car back to my place, the bonnet ended getting all dusty!
All the HR guys and floor managers could do was a shoddy job in the end.
I have posted pics and also have videos of these delivery guys too.
by the way, this was a hatric as lovely nexa has done the same shoddy job the third time, kuddos guys you are as good as any road side service station. hope the Mittals' get to read this review.
