β β β β β Nice Staff. The full fledged workshop is not available here. They have a service vehicle for doing basic service of vehicle. Repair services are not available and service department lacks experience persons. For Major Vehicle repair and issues not recommended. Otherwise the Staff is polite and supportive.

β β β β β Well nexa showrooms are good all over but this one have only good showroom part. I don't know what the legal issue with the building that is why the Service area is very small. But People are very nice and helpful and behaviour is very nice.

β β β β β Poor customer support! Booked a Ignis alpha model in silver colour on 10th November for delivery on 9th December. Sales representative assured that delivery will be ready in a week, on 1st December i get a call from Showroom that Silver colour wonβt be available till 9th so either opt for Grey or White. Then I opted for White, on 7th December I get a call that car wont be available as they gave it to other customer. On arguing I finally managed to get the car on 9th, they managed to get it from their PANCHKULA nexa. Its 21st now and I am still struggling to get the papers of my car.
Dear peps I would request you to kindly Avoid Modern Nexa! Look for other options.
They are really pathetic.
