When we had first come to your NEXA Showroom no one was there to even greet us. Then when we had asked for the Quotation it took around 45 minutes to generate one Quotation..
Time has value but your people don't understand this...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained and well located. Friendly and helpful staffs. Prompt in getting the feedback after the service. A single improvement point, there should be provision to do a small touch up or dent removal work. Besides this, everything else is superb. And yes the customer lounge is superb. Equipped with information display and provision to see the workshop from inside is a plus.
