★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fooling people, Pathetic service, a small part needed to be replaced in my car and they took almost a year to get it in stock, Don't finalize any additional repairs suggest by them... They are fooling people by asking thing like wheel alignment or some other things required.. they took 1500 for alignment and balancing after confirming on phone for 1000... Which was completely fraud as mine car cad it a week ago... But if you are not available there to check, they will charge you blindly, no one there to take responsibility... NEVER TAKE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM NEXA, ANYTHING YOU WILL ASK TO REPLACE OR CHANGE BECAUSE OF LOW QUALITY MATERIAL FAULT, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU... You book a pickup for service but you won't get your car be ready on first drop... AFTER OUR FEEDBACK THEY WILL PICK YOUR CAR BACK TO WASH AND DROP IT BACK. A STANDARD SERVICE PROCEDURE OF THIS NEXA SERVICE STATION. never ask for previous service issues, because the person who was attending you on previous service must have dropped job and the one you're talking to won't accept any of previous issues... But yeah... I can still give them 5⭐ ( For fooling people ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fooling people, Pathetic service, very bad service ever i have never seen like car service in vadodara. You book a pickup for service but you won't get your car be pickup till half day till lunch which was booked to pickup in morning at 10 am. they have not even taken in person writing for your car issues at the time of booking. upon over phone booking with staff of nexa i personally visited nexa service station nilamber circel, vasna rd, vadodara, harinagar, today for making complaint in writing for my car issues regard service which they have picked up from home today afternoon 12.30 pm for paid service but they have not receiving my issue in writing due to lack of staff this answer given from staff of nexa. i stayed there for 30 min waiting for some staff attend me but no service. even other people also angry with this type of service from nexa. finally i have taken back my car to home without service today. never given my car to nexa from now a days. They are fooling people by asking service thing no one there to take responsibility.. i have attached my unserved car pickup job card here.

But some concern observed form them i.e.
During discussion for serviceing of deferent section do not add or demand and charged it should be part of service like DIC ( dynamic electric calibration, ignitor change, mate paper higin protection ....
Cover part only essential checking in paid service.....
