Unprofessional executives and workers. I personally recommend not to visit over there instead visit somewhere outside they'll done it in a better way than them. I waited for 5 hours for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service experience but workshop facilities are yet to be analyzed as I have put my vehicle there for repair also and can be analyzed after work is completed. Moreover Insurance and surveyor facilities should be available daily even on the weekends, when they are made available on accident sites 24*7 then it should be available daily during working hours of service center and workshop also. Thanks and regards for your dropping facilities also.

The moment I bought my baleno from nexa I was happy to be part of the elite group and even nexa as a brand also did not leave any stone unturned to please me.
However like all other ...success and monopoly has got into nexa's head and specially nexa service center kanakpura is proving to be the unrtamed of all.
If you book a service through maruti reward app there will be no ways to track the service as it will not figure out there.
There will be no communication from the workshop at all ....they are just not bothered.
All you will get is a computer generated message with name and number of service advisor. Nexa ke haath me hota to vo bhi nahi aata.
Now you keep calling the service advisor he will take his own sweet time to pick up your vehicle..... irrespective of the fact that you had booked service slot and time a day prior.
That day is wasted courtsey efficient staff and service of nexa kanakpura.
Then the body shop staff is on a different grid gentleman just takes his time enjoying chatting with other staff clicking pictures without bothering about time of the customer.
Because " customer to Chu**** hai".
God help us u can go on for another 2 pages but I don't have the stamina and time for nonsense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service by machnic and by center I service my baleno car desboard problem mechnic open desboard and dis disasembled my steering but after asemble starring my car not proper set so I taken car my car not proper drive proper way so I reach from 3km workshops and than second time my wheel set machine and alline wheel then problem solve but my car averages are low 18 km per liter I experience so bad
