★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second visit to the show room yesterday. I felt miss hadneled and miss used after comming out from the place after few minutes, when I received SMSes that I enjoyed test rides and all. Lady at the reception first took my details in her tablet and asked me for the OTP, I asked why didn't got proper answer, she told it's a routine costomers feedback. Than a nice sales person came to me, we discussed about The Sonet and about my requirement & purpose of visit for few minutes. He also took my details again, with an unclear discrimination, didn't even asked me for the test ride and so. From the company SMS I came to know that I took the test ride of Sonet and gave my feedback in a positive manner. It's should not expected from a company like Kia. I felt extremely insulted by visiting the show room and wasted thier valuable time. Hope It should not happened to any body else in future. Thanks... Rn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid booking amount on December 2021 for a Baleno, it’s end of April 2022 and I still haven’t received it. I have followed up countless times and all I hear is “it will be there next week “. More than 4 months and still these people are bullying me. Stay away from this dealership and Nexa. Maruti’s service isn’t worth this much trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with nexa (sky automobile) . I purchase baleno in diwali in delivery time they asked me you compulsory buy rs-150000/- accessories. Then I asked to manager they also asked me same thing and denied to delivery the car then their staff starting abused . Thier staff also physical Harassed me. Then I call the police with the help of police i finally got my car........ So bad service by staff and sky automobile,.... So I am not recommend you to buy car from this dealer don't waste your money......
