Standard nexa Shahdol and beleive me I had a great experience from the dealership.From booking of the vehicle till delivery day everyone from the dealership be it the RM, SRM ,GM, HR or QM everyone co-ordinated very well and gave me the best deal.Evan I had few concern and doubts which were solved very well by the QM and RM.And hats of to all staff members for the remarkable service throughout the time.

Starting from the entry gate and receiving greeting from guard. Till delivery section every ones prompt behaviour impressed me a lot. Do once visit the showroom to feel customer service and enthusiasm level

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The inter-communication skills here are extremely pathetic. They don't know if a parcel belongs to a customer or Nexa. Shamelessly, they would open your envelope and start using it until you turn up at the show room. Beware, on your next purchase of your vehicle make sure your vehicle's number plate isn't on any other vehicle before you receive it.
"They should reconsider the staffing here."
It's a shame that it represents jabalpur civil lines Nexa. I would recommend to drive 184 kms instead of going here.
