★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on 31st of December My car was broken down , as It was in extended warranty I called them for the two , they told me the charges to which I am ok , on next day 1 st jan 2022 i got a call that the self start of the car is not working to which I said them please repair or change as it comes in warranty the guy on the phone said that self assembly does not comes in warranty , when I showed him the warranty he said if it was in company warranty we would have done it , the guy denied that the car has lost its warranty to which i told him it is in extended warranty , to which he said to me that it does not cover self start assembly , in reply I show him the Maruti website which clearly says that self assembly comes under warranty (Screenshot is attached for all of your refrences ) , he said that I need to understand terms and conditions , which I am fullfuling as all services are done by the same showroom , then It took me more than 4 hours to , hear that we are waiting for the approval if we get then we will repair or change
even in the list of components not covered in EW self assembly is not mentioned on the website
I did not face any problems in service or vehicle from yug cars before this , but I am not able to digest the intention of the person who tried to mislead me , so if you are taking and apply for warranty please be aware of all these things
if you look at there website I dont know why they have not mentioned any email address

Service: They are providing good and timely service. I got many calls from them as a reminder for my first service.
