β β β β β *STRICT NO NO : GEONET BROADBAND NEXGEN NETWORKS*
Hi , This is to convey to you all that if you are looking forward to install a *broadband internet service* at your home then I won't recommend you to go for *GEONET (NEXGEN NETWORKS)* . I have had a hard time availing the services as mentioned below.
*Poor service* : Internet always fluctuates and have low speed . It buffers a lot while live streaming which hampers the experience of online class of our kids . When I complained they just mention that same is happening due to the router .they ask to change the router with 4 antenna ..
*Very very bad service* : The single point contact guy named Aditya who is responsible for service issues hardly picks phone and when pick it by chance he mentions that he is not well .he sounds so low and speaks quite blurry that I got frustrated..
*Fraud*: when I asked to stop the service they disconnected it but mentioned that security amount will be refunded one week after handing over of cable and stuff but they just streched it and not refunding money .when I called they are disconnecting my phone.
I realised quite late that this is disturbing the overall experience of internet usage and it creates unnecessary stress.
