Only one sentence all the time and they dont know whats is the problem going on....... After continues call for complaint technicain came and not able to solve the problem...... Just irritating alot.... Dont take new connection with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst network worst speed all the worst things you will get here, they never care about urgent meetings, they never care about urgent work,exam they just ignore it . sometimes they don't even pick your call . From yesterday evening I have called them to check my connectivity till now they haven't take any action against this.i just missed my important meeting because of this. So I personally recommend do not take this connection as their customer service is poorest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most worst service in the world even though we have 3 connections which gets monthly payment of 6,000 which annually becomes 72,000 .They don't bother about service so we request for the company's to go to go for this service .You can go for other options this is the worst that you can choose.

Very bad service even after complaint. Speed is so slow...
The customer service is the worst they dont pick up the calls and when they do they ignore your complaints. They promise the technician will be there but he never arrives. Their tone is rude and they don't listen to the complaints...
Hope jio n airtel fiber roll out soon in this area but these peoples are not allowing them.
Very irresponsible peoples, No SLA defined and needs multiple follow ups for small works as well.
They say customer is king but they don't value their own customers , they treat us like beggers
They dont deserve 1 star either.
