Although machines sourced from them generally do not require much servicing because the quality provided is top of the line, they are always available on call or in person for any kind of trouble shooting, spares replacement or break-down. The pricing is always fair and provides good value for money. Most importantly they deliver on promised timelines and are clear in their communication in case of unforeseen delays unlike other machine suppliers.
