★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every night speed gets slower... sometimes in the day time as well... customer care executive seems so unprofessional... if you are bothered with the speed in night time and you complaint about that, they will not respond you next morning about last night's problem..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not proactive with the problems that you share, we have to constantly follow up on our problems as they are list bothered. When I took the connection it was working fine for 20 odd days but I do have connectivity issue.
Suggest you to not go for long term plan so that u have option to switch provider if you want.

The speed is very very slow and support service is very poor. Most of time internet is not working and there is no service help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on 50Mbps plans and i am constantly getting full speed regardless of the time of the day and without any downs.
i will upgrade to 100Mbps as i believe my use case i going to increase.
The internet plans are affordable, service response time is quick and the guy who installed the router and wan connection can reach me under 30min.
Although it would be better if i can see my total monthly usage or daily usage from some kind of website.
