Employees are blaming to client not supporting even not trying. System automaticly closed the ticket without any action or solution with email This is to inform you that we are checking your issue and it will take time, will update you accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services and sadly the staff, have been customer from last 2 year with 8+ servers but now looks management has decided to close or they have more expertise in shutting down the running business, spoke with support multiple times for refund and tried apprachibg senior management mr. Prem but noone interested. Thier old and experienced employees are leaving neither cutsomer or employees happy so better to close. On the name data center running small hosting company with no customer or employee satisfaction. Very poor service and management. Strongly don't recommend Nextraone.

No accountability of customer complaints.
Your local service provider doesn't even listen to the grievances saying that Nextra is responsible and he can't help.
I'm left helpless and forced to shift to some other provider despite my plan expiring in march.
Still... Reference number is NW-33104-0000.
Kindly help asap if possible.
