1st of all if taking small order is beneath you then shouldn't have taken it in the 1st place and when taken then should have completed within mentioned days.
Funny part is that you yourself have mentioned in your reply that 20 to 25 days still you took 45 days and even if we rule out the 1 weeks off to your labours still u had 37 days which is more than what you have mentioned.
My order was given to Mr Gopal, who also has given his review even when he is an employee, on 20th March and time given to me was 8 to 10 days not 20 to 25 days nd if that is what your mentioning then it's a big communication gap within your organisation kindly work on your internal controls. And also about the part where U have mentioned about extreme hot climate and work conditions w.r.t. your employees 1st think of the timeline - order given on 20th March and 47 to 48 degree temperature was in the 3rd week of April that means you had proper 1 month i.e. from 21st March to 20th April to complete the order as 3rd week started from 21st April do check ur calender if u need to. Meaning that u had 30 days to complete my order but you couldn't because you had work regarding your new showroom in Amravati, hence funny. And if u want to make excuse in deficiency in service from your side and push it towards high temperatures and your employees that that's a very sorry state in your organisation and hope that what ever I have experienced with my transaction with you should never happen to any one and this is for the sake of your daily wage labours.
