★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The site is not user friendly. The person who created this has no idea about the diverse world of registered societies/voluntary organizations typified as NGOs. There should be a user friendly helpline that should guide those involved in various activities in a transparent way. The email helpline too is useless, it sends automated useless messages. The bureaucracy itself so opaque, suspicious of the entire country, how can it understand transparency?
