2nd - Doctor Pankaj Rupalia will give you the required time and attention unlike most doctors i visit these days
3rd - The pricing for the quality of service provided is kept very affordable.
4th - Clean well maintained well staffed premise.
5th - located at a very accessible location.
Side notes- The waiting times are naturally high because they have a well deserved huge patient base. The attached pharmacy is selling meds at MRP. Buy meds from other local shops for basic mrp discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit : 22.02.2022. The optometrist prescribed wrong power for glasses a month ago and I couldn't use glasses. Reported to the head optometrist in Room 122 this time and that jerk behaved more like a police officer rather than a medical professional. He outright denied the wrong prescribed power and even invalidated my vision problems too. He should be fired. The counter in OPD 3 also lacks understanding. They missed my eyedrop before power checking.
Old review --
1. They check 50-100 patients/day at least on weekdays and because of this the doctors can't check most of the patients for more than 2 minutes. The optometrists will check first more thoroughly but the doctors will simply shine a light on your eyes and write a prescription, nothing more.
2. They make you wait 2-3 hours before you can be checked up by doctors. The stuff are simply rude and irresponsible. The OPD stuff will call your name whenever they want and the eyeglass store stuff won't even call your name when your eyeglass prescription arrives.
3. Dr. Pankaj Rupauliha is very popular among the older patients but here's the thing, he doesn't check the younger patients thoroughly. He doesn't have much time for young patients who have symptoms of anything other than glaucoma. The optometrists will check you thoroughly but he simply doesn't care.
** I checked with him 3 times. I had loads of symptoms and dry eyes and I wrote them all down when I went there. The optometrist read from my notebook and checked me thoroughly but Pankaj Rupauliha simply dismissed me saying that my eyes are fine. He didn't even care to explain the symptoms. He just prescribed another 6 months of eyedrops for dry eyes as if the process was a boring chore.
4. Dr. Manisha Kharbanda is another rude doctor with less time in her hand. I checked up with her on September, 2020. She's like Pankaj Rupauliha, only without glaucoma speciality.
5. When you call a receptionist to ask about feedback/complaints they will talk like they don't care whatever you complain about. My experiences with this clinic are simply bad and next time I will probably go to Susrut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks hygienic however the staff is not courteous. The place is well known within Salt lake and clinic does get patient from distances as well. The clinic offers Lasik and other eye surgery as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff members who are at billing desk and insurance desk . Their supervisor Mr debashish is a worst as their staff members . I did my dad operation and they had misplaced my insurance papers . And more over they are least bothered . I had to wait over 5 hrs , before they got found at their end . Most of the staff are busy on personal talks on their cell phone , rather than doing their job . The only good thing is doctors are good . Pathethic service .
