★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I ordered icecream online but the delivery is still awaited...Got order confirmation and delivery details also, when contacted the store, was told that the money would be returned back... which has not been done either. Nobody seems to be responsible when it comes to service... very disappointed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIC Natural Ice creams is my favourite brand! I tried their Madagascar Chocolate flavour and if you are a sweetoholic like me, you'll surely like it! They have various other lipsmacking flavours - the famous ones being Gulab jamun, alphonso mango, sitaphal, coconut, sea salt caramel. I would love to try their mix berries flavour too. It's a must - try for ice cream lovers! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is the worst and a total unprofessional in the name of a reputable brand like NIC. The customer service is pathetic. The store is managed by such a horrible person whose behavior is terrible and blames the customer for the poor mistakes made on their part. Please never order from this branch, as your order shall never reach to you. They never return money if requested for a money back. And if you get your ice cream, you are fortunate. MIND YOU, you shall get it in melted state. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nic natural is a different company! Not the one on Park Street. People are confusing them. I ordered choco chips and tender coconut. The choco chip was good but the tender coconut which should be tender wasn't it. It was basically nariyal not tender. Hard and chewy. Please look into this matter. Otherwise everything is good.
